Fitness Classes

Here’s what really makes our Fitness Studio different: We’re a physiotherapy-focused fitness centre, which means there’s nothing dangerous going on in the classes. That’s because all of the programming has been screened by our physiotherapy team. We’re the exercise experts and will ensure the content of the classes is of the highest standard. Our classes will be led by certified instructors who have a passion for fitness.
