We’ve been getting a lot of inquiries about our Fitness Studio, and here’s a rundown of the FAQs:

 What kinds of classes do you offer?

We bring you a ton of class selections. Classes include Schwinn indoor cycling, TRX Suspension Training, Pilates, Pound, Yoga, aerobic, strength and conditioning classes, and dance classes! We’re a physiotherapy-focused centre, which means there’s nothing dangerous going on in the classes. That’s because all of the programming has been screened by our physiotherapy team. We’re the exercise experts as far as knowing the effects exercise plays on your body. We will screen the class content to ensure each one is offered at the highest standard.


What’s the best class for me?

It all depends on where you’re at with your fitness level and possible rehabilitation stage. To help you determine the best fitness plan and/or classes for you, we will provide a free, 15-minute one-on-one consultation for our fitness studio clients to determine the best exercises classes for their situation. That’s just how much we want you to succeed with your fitness goals.


What if I don’t want to do a fitness class. Can I just workout on my own?

The Fitness Studio is centered on classes and personal training sessions only. There is no option to workout on your own.


Why is working in a physiotherapy-centred facility so important?

As experts in movement and exercise, physical therapists are the ideal professionals to promote, guide, prescribe and manage exercise activities and efforts. Exercise promotes wellbeing and fitness. It is a powerful intervention for strength, power, endurance, flexibility, balance, relaxation, and the remediation of patho-physiology, impairments, activity limitations and participation restrictions. Regular exercise also helps open up the potential of physical activity as a means of recreation.

1 month – $85 + HST
3 months – $235 + HST (save $20)
6 months – $475 + HST (save $35)
12 months – $895 + HST (save $125)

10 Class Card

3-month expiry = $145 + HST $14.50/class
6-month expiry = $155 + HST $15.50/class
Student = $100 + HST $10/class

Is the membership rate all inclusive?

The membership rate will give you access to all the regularly scheduled fitness classes. Personal training sessions, fitness camps, workshops and specialty programs will be priced independently from the membership.


Can I put my monthly membership on hold?

Class cards cannot be put on hold or an extension be provided. If you are unsure of your ability to attend classes, please purchase a 10 class card with a 6 month expiry.

A 3, 6 and 12 month membership can be put on hold for a minimum of 1 month with 2 weeks prior notice. We can also put a hold memberships deducted monthly from your credit card. Contact us at 613 267-6789 to put a hold on your membership.


How do I cancel a class?

To cancel a class, visit your class schedule within your Mindbody account and hit cancel on the right.

Out of respect for your fellow classmates, please cancel your spot in a class at least 2 hours before the start time. This will allow someone from the wait list to receive notification and sufficient time to attend. Late cancels (under the required 2 hour time period) may result in you being charged for this class.


How do I book a seat for the class?

Do I need to reserve my spot for each class?

Yes! Click HERE to reserve online.  By managing the class size, we can provide personalized experience and closely monitor each individual.  You can also ask your instructor to reserve your spot for upcoming classes. Reservations can be made 2 weeks in advance.
