From high-energy indoor Schwinn cycling, TRX Suspension Training and HIIT workouts to active yoga and Pilates classes, the Fitness Studio offers a range of classes and personal training services that will fit with your health and wellness plan.

The Fitness Studio at Perth Physiotherapy is a boutique 2,000-square-foot facility that boasts beautiful windows for a bright and airy setting when working out using our state-of-the-art equipment. Our team is highly trained and certified in the classes we’ll offer, and we’re all passionate about one thing: to help you feel your absolute best.

We want to provide our clients the opportunity to achieve their optimal stability, strength and flexibility to sweat, connect to a community, and be fit so they can enjoy all aspects of their daily life.

Why is working out in a physiotherapy-centred fitness facility so important?

As experts in movement and exercise, physical therapists are the ideal professionals to promote, guide, prescribe and manage exercise activities and efforts. Exercise promotes wellbeing and fitness.
